Somewhere here where I can frequently venture off to

Considering all else it amazes me that such a place could exist for someone like me

You show your power

The magnitude and depth of a source unfathomable.

I'm merely a man. At that, one highly flawed.

You would express how deception stayed long and ensured that I knew it wasn't my fault.

I was provided something otherworldly that day

When your smile graced my space

Encountering you was a necessity

A manifestation with everything that was left of me.

Too good to be true

Yet present you stood

Being everything that I was hoping and praying you would

Would it be too much to say you've changed my life

Does that responsibility hold so much weight it could become burden?

Do you know that if it did; I'd die trying to concede

I'm sure you do.

All I need, and all I have ever wanted; so much more than a reflection.

The feeling that God has resurrected. If Earth was considered curse;

That would be false to me cause you're a blessing.

I had not met love.

Maybe her sibling; a distant relative of some sort.

But not her in the flesh; until there you stood.

To the T, I knew you were made for me.

In a world that is filled with war and hate

I imagined that peace could probably dissipate

It could burst in flames and no longer be

But that would mean there's no longer a you and me.

When uneven, you are my balance.
